What We Need From You

Thank you for partnering with us as a Sponsor of Your Business Expo Northampton on Thursday, 12th February 2026. This page details all requirements and deadlines to deliver your full sponsor benefits.

Your Package at a Glance

  • Networking:
    • 3 tickets to the Exclusive Exhibitor Networking Evening (Thursday 29 January 2026, 16:00–18:00)
    • 4 tickets to the Breakfast Networking (Thursday 12th February, 08:30–10:00, worth £20 + VAT each)
  • Visibility & media:
    • Double-page spread in the printed Show Guide
    • Company listing (50 words + logo) in the Official Exhibitor Guide
    • Logo on the front cover of the Show Guide
    • Advert and editorial in Business Times or Business MK (choose one)
    • Sponsored editorial feature (news piece about your business)
    • 1-year online listing including bio, images and backlink on chosen website
    • 2 social media posts (announcement post already completed; please confirm the subject of your second post)
    • Logo on the event website
  • On-site branding:
    • Logo on additional event signage (interview boards, roller banners, video screens) — vector logo required
    • Opportunity to place up to 3 pop-up banners around the venue (must be pre-arranged)
  • Activation:
    • Right to host a seminar (details required)
  • Gift bags: Opportunity to include leaflets/merchandise in visitor gift bags. Items must be delivered by Monday 12th January 2026 (confirm via admin@yourbusinessexpo.co.uk).

Information We Require

  • Company name and a 100–150 word profile for the Show Guide
  • Logo (SVG and high-resolution PNG/JPG; include a mono/white version for dark backgrounds)
  • Website and social media links
  • Public Liability Insurance (valid through 12 February 2026, supplied as PDF, if exhibiting)
  • Primary contact for show day (name, mobile, email)
  • PR contact for approvals (name, email, phone)
  • Lanyard names and job titles for your stand team
  • Dietary requirements for each named attendee
  • Breakfast Networking attendees (4 included tickets – names and dietary requirements)
  • Media selection: confirm whether you choose Business Times or Business MK for your online advertorial and 1-year listing. Send editorial copy and images to admin@yourbusinessexpo.co.uk
  • Social media post: confirm the subject and key message for your second scheduled post
  • On-site branding: provide a vector logo for signage to artwork@pulsegroupmedia.co.uk, and advise if you will bring up to 3 pop-up banners (email admin@yourbusinessexpo.co.uk)
  • Seminar details: title, ~100-word description, speaker name and role, and a high-resolution headshot (deadline Monday, 12 January 2026)
  • Gift bag inserts: confirm participation and arrange delivery of items by Tuesday 3rd February 2026

Show Guide Advertising

Your inclusions: Double-page spread in the printed guide + company listing (50 words + logo) + logo on the front cover.

Supply artwork to: artwork@pulsegroupmedia.co.uk (PDF/X-1a preferred, or 300dpi PNG/JPG with 3mm bleed).
